Effectively handle P0/P1 issues for end customers, involving troubleshooting and providing on-the-fly solutions as per the defined SLAs.
Conduct advanced Proof of Concepts (POCs) for native AWS service to help customers implement the desired setup.

Requirements
Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and comfort in collaborating with a global team.
Over 4 years of experience managing infrastructure on AWS Cloud, handling deployments, writing CloudFormation templates and Terraform scripts, and strong exposure to a wide range of AWS services.
Good understanding of running cost-optimized infrastructure in cloud environments.
Ability to build scripts and automated solutions using scripting languages such as Shell scripting (Bash), Python, YAML, or others.
Solid understanding of operating systems, preferably Linux.
Prior experience working in 24×7 operational environments.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities. Proven proficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, application design, cost optimization, and implementing complex solutions for large-scale projects.
Experience in building tools to automate production support activities, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of service desk and operations teams.
Strong understanding and knowledge of observability tools.
