- Act as a liaison between internal teams and AWS/GCP partner teams and account managers to drive deeper client engagement and success.
- Work closely with customers (including senior stakeholders) to build trust, drive adoption, and ensure they're getting value from our platform
- Lead onboarding sessions, understanding customer objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver platform demos to showcase key features and value propositions.
- Resolve customer queries related to platform usage, billing, and cost optimizations.
- Prepare and deliver recommendations for Reserved Instances (RIs), Savings Plans, cost anomaly analysis, and monthly billing reports.
- Generate and manage customized cost and usage reports by business unit, account, or resource type using standardized templates or customer-driven logic.
- Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates, proper documentation, and resolution tracking.
- Raise and follow up on AWS/GCP support cases under supervision or as per escalation protocols.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation to enhance team workflows and customer-facing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (BE/B.Tech) or MBA with an IT focus.
- Mandatory: Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP); exposure to AWS is a plus.
- 6–10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Proactive, customer-first approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
