Partner with the customers from across the globe in reviewing, troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure problems.
Conduct end-to-end architecture reviews across all the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and drive continuous improvement in the WAR playbook & customer infrastructure.
Design and implement automation frameworks and accelerators to enable customers to scale efficiently.
Lead and contribute to the DevOps Center of Excellence, defining and evangelizing best practices across projects and teams.
Engage in pre-onboarding technical discussions with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a smooth onboarding journey.
Provide deep technical expertise in areas such as multi-account architectures, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation.
Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Stay updated with new AWS features and services, perform PoCs, and integrate relevant improvements into existing environments.
Build custom cost and usage dashboards to improve visibility into cloud spending and enable proactive decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to standardize best practices across customer environments and drive continuous improvements.
Research and prototype new cloud-native technologies (e.g., AI/ML services, real-time streaming, FinOps platforms)
Requirements
8+ years of experience in managing complex AWS environments
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record in resolving complex infrastructure issues
Hands on experience in managing and optimizing complex cloud infrastructure at scale
Ability to work with multiple customers/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and multi-cloud governance.

AWS Solutions Architect – Professional / Network speciality
Background building cloud-native platforms in regulated or large-scale SaaS environments.
