Executive - Customer Success

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our AWS Client Services & Analytics team to support them in
    fulfilling customer requests on AWS billing
  • Responsible for recurring and ad hoc reporting for various internal stakeholders
    & customers
  • Responsible for monthly, weekly, and yearly billing reports, trend analysis, and
    pricing calculations
  • Maintain Data Hygiene
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop standard templates, and dashboards for various reporting metrics
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements,
  • enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain trackers for various purposes
  • Creating innovative Dashboards on the Ticketing tool


Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Should be very good in Analytical Skills and MS Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and ensure excellent attention
    to detail
  • Must be an independent thinker and be able to multitask and work in a
    fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex
    topics and interact with stakeholders
  • Must be good in Excel, Word, (v lookup, H Lookup, Mail Merge, Pivot table,
    Macro etc)
