Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end execution of B2B events, including industry conferences, partner events, roundtables, and hosted engagements.
- Manage operational planning for events, including timelines, checklists, vendor coordination, and on-ground readiness.
- Ensure smooth execution of event logistics, booth setup, branding, gifting, collateral readiness and internal coordination.
Coordinate with external vendors for booth fabrication, printing, gifting, event deliverables, and other operational requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, admin, and leadership teams to gather requirements and ensure timely execution.
Follow up proactively with all involved teams to keep deliverables on track.
Marketing Collateral & Event Support
Coordinate the creation and availability of brochures, event presentations, branded merchandise, videos, standees, and other event-related assets.
Ensure all event collateral is aligned with brand guidelines and available as per deadlines.
Support pre-event and post-event coordination with relevant teams.
Planning & Coordination
Maintain event trackers, budgets, timelines, and status updates for ongoing activities.
Support the marketing team in handling multiple events and related deliverables simultaneously.
Identify execution gaps early and help drive timely resolution.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in event marketing, event operations, or related B2B marketing roles.
Hands-on experience in managing event logistics and coordination, not just event promotion.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts with strong attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication and follow-through skills.
Willingness to travel within India based on event requirements.
