Responsibilities:
● Multi-Tiered Hiring: Drive high-volume (mass), specialized technical (niche), and executive (leadership) hiring simultaneously across our India and global offices.
● Scale & Strategy: Design and execute a hiring roadmap to support aggressive growth targets, ensuring the organization scales rapidly without compromising on quality or culture fit.
● Process Engineering & Adherence: Establish and document standardized TA processes. Ensure 100% process adherence across the hiring team and interview panels to make hiring predictable and fair.
● Operational Excellence: Track and optimize key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rates etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
● Campus Relations from Scratch: Build our campus recruitment strategy from the ground up—identifying partner institutes, managing branding, and leading the entire lifecycle from selection to onboarding.
● Employer Branding: Partner with Leadership and Marketing to drive employer branding initiatives.
● Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with the leadership teams to understand headcount needs and align talent strategy with business objectives. Act as a talent advisor to the Engineering Leads, providing data-driven market intelligence and salary bench-marking.
● Mentorship & Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance on complex sourcing and negotiation techniques.
● Data Integrity: Maintain a "single source of truth" in our ATS, ensuring all data is documented for audit and analytics.
Requirements
● Experience: 9–14 years of core recruitment experience, specifically within tech-product organizations or cloud-native firms.
● Proven Track Record: Experience in scaling a mid-sized firm to a large-scale enterprise (e.g., growing an org to 300+ employees).
● Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the Indian tech talent market, including developer ecosystems, cloud technologies, and product management roles.
● Campus Expert: Demonstrated experience in building and driving successful campus hiring programs from scratch.
● Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven dashboards to drive operational efficiency.
● Leadership: Strong people management skills with a passion for developing junior
talent.
