GCP | Account Onboarding to incorporate GCP Resource-Based Scheduling

1. Integrated Onboarding Flow : Users can link a GCP project and choose between:

  • Recommendations only (default)
  • Recommendations + Scheduler

2. Automated Command Generation : Based on selected options, a command is auto-generated and executed in GCP Cloud Shell to complete role creation and permission setup.

3. Upgrade Support : Projects previously onboarded with Recommendations only can now be upgraded to enable Scheduler through the same guided flow.

4. Project-Level Scheduler Controls: After successful onboarding, users can:

  • Toggle Scheduler ON/OFF from the Projects page
  • Configure recurrence settings (active days, start time, stop time)
