Responsibilities:
Employee Experience & Engagement
Own and enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, development, and exit.
Drive meaningful employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and belonging.
Regularly understand the employee pulse through 1:1 connects, skip-level meetings, open houses, and manager meets.
Partner with managers and business leaders to identify people's challenges and build thoughtful engagement and retention interventions.
Drive initiatives around manager capability, performance management, employee relations, and overall employee experience.
Act as a trusted HR partner and help employees and leaders navigate people-related concerns effectively.
People Analytics & Retention
Bring a data-driven approach to HR by tracking and analyzing key people metrics.
Build and present dashboards and periodic reports on engagement, attrition, retention, and other people trends.
Go beyond reporting numbers — identify why trends are happening and what the business should do about them.
Analyze attrition drivers and develop innovative, proactive retention strategies in partnership with business leaders.
Lead exit interviews and retention conversations, identify recurring themes, and turn insights into actionable interventions.
Present people insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
Business & Leadership Partnership
Work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand business priorities and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Use your HR expertise and people insights to influence decisions and shape the people agenda.
Drive HR initiatives end-to-end — from identifying a need to designing, implementing, and measuring the impact.
Help build and scale best-in-class HR programs as CloudKeeper continues its growth journey.
Requirements
7–11 years of relevant HR experience, preferably across HRBP, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, People Analytics, or similar roles.
MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of employee experience, engagement, retention, and HR practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn people's data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and confidently partner with senior leadership.
High interpersonal maturity, empathy, ownership, and integrity.
A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
