Enhanced Excel Export for Recommendations

1. Category-Specific Sheets

Each recommendation category now gets its own tab in the exported Excel file.
Categories include Cleaner, Modernization, Overprovisioned, and Potential Benefit.
This replaces the previous approach of exporting all recommendations into a single, massive sheet.

2. Support for Potential Benefits Recommendations

Excel exports now include Potential Benefits Recommendations, making it easier to analyze and take action.
