The Jira (Data Center) Integration enables teams to seamlessly create and manage Jira tickets directly from CloudKeeper Tuner, eliminating the need to switch between platforms. Administrators can configure the integration through the Integration Hub by connecting their Jira instance and mapping projects, issue types, and supported fields.
Once connected, users can raise tickets directly from the Recommendations → Insights screen for one or multiple resources, with contextual details such as potential savings and impacted resources included during ticket creation.
The feature also introduces centralized ticket tracking under Integration Hub → Tickets, providing visibility into ticket status, associated resources, savings impact, sync status, and direct Jira links, all from a single dashboard.
