Overprovisioned | Alloy DB

This recommendation detects AlloyDB instances that are overprovisioned relative to their actual workload. 
By analyzing 30-day CPU, memory utilization, and connection count metrics, the system identifies instances running with more vCPU or memory than their workload requires, and suggests appropriately right-sized configurations to reduce unnecessary cost while ensuring connection capacity is maintained.
