ServiceNow Integration (CloudKeeper Tuner - GCP & AWS)

AWS & GCP Tuner now supports ServiceNow integration through the Integration Hub, alongside the existing Jira (Data Center) integration. Users can securely connect ServiceNow using OAuth, map ticket fields, and create ServiceNow tickets directly from Tuner recommendations without leaving the platform.

The integration follows a simple three-step setup process: connect the ServiceNow instance, select the target table, and map Tuner fields to ServiceNow fields. Built-in validation ensures only compatible fields can be mapped, while required fields remain mandatory to prevent configuration errors.

Once configured, users can create tickets directly from recommendations, review resource and savings details, and track all tickets from a centralized Integration Hub → Tickets dashboard, providing a streamlined and unified remediation workflow.
